West-East Gas Transmission Project

The West East Gas Pipeline Project is the largest gas pipeline project in the history of China. Until now, it has been completed with line 1 (4200 kilometers), line 2 (4895 kilometers), line 3 (7378 kilometers), and line 4 (3340 kilometers) projects, spanning from 2002 to 2022. Sichuan Xipu Co., Ltd. provides over 260000 sets of heat shrinkable (tape) for east-west main line of the West to East Gas Pipeline φ 1016 pipeline from 2001 to 2003, accounting for 70% of the total amount; And from 2004 to 2005, it provided over 110000 sets of heat shrinkable tapes, accounting for 95% of the total, for over 1000 kilometers of branch lines, including 50000 sets for the Jining Line, 20000 sets for the Huaiwu Line, and nearly 40000 sets for the six branch lines. In 2022, the four lines provided 20000 sets, making it the main supplier of this material for the West East Gas Pipeline Project.

The west to east gas transmission project passes through seven macro ecological types, namely Gobi, desert, arid and semi-arid, loess plateau, grassland and woodland, Shanxi Henan earth rock mountain area, Huang Huai and Jiang Huai plain farmland, and water network. The geological environment is complex and diverse, and the requirements for the environmental adaptability of products and the stability of product quality are very high. Our technical personnel have carried out special experimental research for this purpose, and developed targeted products to meet the needs of the project.
