West Area Exploitation Projects

West Crude Petroleum and Gasoline Pipeline Project is the longest and strongest pressure crude petroleum and gasoline project by now in China, it start from Urumchi of Sinkiang, crossing Sinkiang and Ganshu, the end is Lanzhou, total length is 1858 kilometers long. The whole project pipeline length is near 4000 kilometers. Crude Oil and Gasoline pipeline lay in one ditch, unite station construction. This project is National key project. XIPU Co. has supplied thousands heat shrinkable sleeves for Ф559、Ф813 crude oil pipeline and Ф711、Ф610 gasoline pipeline.

The heat shrinkable sleeve quality was stable, properties excellent, not only meet the specification requirements, but also can suit for the bad environment of west area, meet the project demands and been appraised by the project constructor.

Talim Oil Field: XIPU Co. took part in the Talim Oil field oil outputting and inner collecting transmission pipeline project, pipeline length was more than 2300 kilometers long. The pre-pipeline coating is 3PE, foam heat preservation etc. The projects include desert oil transmission, gas transmission pipelines projects, total length was 520 kilometers; Lunnan-Kuerle oil and gas transmission project 382 kilometers; Kela (2) oil output (1016mm) 180 kilometers; Tazhong inner collection transmission, Yaha output transmission, Hade outputting transmission; Yinmaili gas fields exploitation project: outputting (813) 180 kilometers, east-west collection transmission 420 kilometers; condensate oil and LNG circle transmission 300 kilometers, etc. the XIPU’s heat shrinkable products has showed excellent properties in field applying. Applying simple, lap well with pre-coating, peel strength high, properties stable, underwent the bad desert environment and weather of Talim Oil Field.

Sebei-Xining-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline Project is long pipeline transmission project of west area exploration, 950 kilometers long. XIPU Co. supplied heat shrinkable sleeve for this project in 1997. The pipeline coating is 3PE and Coal Tar, pipeline diametr is (ф660)，XIPU’s projects meet the technical specification requirements, supplying in time, products has been appraised by owner, supervisor and constructor.
